Rebecca McElroy is President of Maddox, Thomson & Associates. Rebecca leads MTA’s accounting and tax practices, and directs the firm’s future growth. Known for her expertise in strategic tax planning and income tax compliance, McElroy routinely partners with individuals, private foundations, corporations and operating partnerships.

Known for her expertise in strategic tax planning and income tax compliance, Rebecca has deep industry knowledge of real estate, healthcare, oil and gas, non-profit organizations, and professional service firms. Prior to joining MTA, Rebecca served as a Senior Tax Accountant for Hines, one of the largest global real estate firms.

A graduate from the University of Houston, Rebecca enjoys traveling with her husband and discovering new foods from around the world.
